Align Pilates Block (2" x 10" x 13)

This small Pilates block, also known as a foam cushion, is a vital addition to any fully equipped Pilates Studio or gym. This block can be used for a number of exercises and purposes, such as as a head block, between the knees or to help with correcting a pelvic tilt, to aid correct alignment and posture during either Reformer Pilates or Matwork.

★ Alongside being ideal for Pilates, they can be used for yoga, fusion-style classes, as well as rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or athletic conditioning. This block is made out of a combination of EVA & TPE foam, which provides a softer cushioning compared to a full EVA block.
