This simple, super-portable exercise tool intensifies upper and lower body exercises, building strength and maximizing workouts. The closed-loop design adds challenge to bicep curls, lunges or core work in strength, speed, flexibility and rehabilitation exercises. You can also use it to support chin-ups and dips.

The Flex-Band® is an ideal complement to physical therapy and injury recovery exercises.

♥ Cleaning and care

  • Wipe clean using a diluted mixture of water and mild soap
  • Rinse well
  • Ensure product is dry before using
  • Never use corrosive cleaning products on Flex-band

Storing and handling

  • Maintain control of the Flex-Band at all times while exercising
  • Do not use the Flex-Band if it appears worn or damaged; always check for small cuts or nicks before each use
  • To extend the life of the band, store in a dry location away from direct sunlight
  • For heavy commercial use replace after 6–12 months
  • Do not remove powder. Latex Flex-Band Loops are made of durable, natural rubber latex and may be coated with powder. Removing it could cause the loop to stick to itself
